Rules for using NutriMax

1. Acceptance and Service Operation

NutriMax is developed and operated by Igor Magić. The application is distributed on Google Play through the developer account Magical studio, owned by Leon Magić.

By using the website or app, the user confirms that they understand these terms and will use NutriMax in accordance with applicable law.

2. Informational purpose

NutriMax provides an informational overview of food products. Ratings, estimates and warnings are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an individual nutrition plan.

3. Data accuracy

Data may come from product labels, external sources, automatic text recognition, estimates or user input. Reasonable verification measures are used, but complete accuracy, completeness and permanent availability are not guaranteed.

4. User responsibility

Users must check the original label, especially for allergies, intolerances, special health needs or changes in a product's composition. Health decisions should be discussed with an appropriate professional.

5. User contributions

Users may submit only content they have the right to share. Illegal, misleading, abusive or third-party personal content is prohibited. NutriMax may correct, reject or remove inaccurate or inappropriate contributions.

6. Permitted use

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, automatically collect data without permission or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

7. Intellectual property

The NutriMax name, design, texts, source code and other original elements are protected by applicable rights, except for third-party content or material used under an appropriate licence.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change, be temporarily limited or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, testing or continued development. Estimates and scoring rules may change as result quality improves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriMax is not liable for decisions made solely from app results, incorrect manufacturer labels, unreadable packaging or errors in automatic text recognition.
